In tennis there are multiple factors that can determine performance, but that never occur in isolation or pure. The most decisive element in the preparation of the tennis player is not the technique, nor the tactics, nor the mental or conditional processes, but the achievement of a synergy as optimal as possible. Throughout the book we will try to reflect the effect of the speed of movement in various elements and how each is influenced by others that will be treated during the various chapters. It is a collaboration for the Paidotribo publishing house.
